Why I Started This

Hey — thanks for visiting my page and supporting what I’m trying to do.

I’m Vihaan Kamath, a 16-year-old junior at Greenwich High School. Since I was 14, I’ve been volunteering and learning about how many kids around the world don’t have the things we take for granted — like clean water, school supplies, or access to medical care.

On one of those trips, I met families of children fighting cancer who couldn’t afford treatment. That stuck with me. I wanted to help — in my own small way. So I started baking cookies, selling them, and donating every dollar to help kids who need support the most.

That’s how Cookie for a Cause began. It started in my kitchen and has now grown into a nonprofit helping children battling cancer, blind kids who need extra care, and kids in underprivileged communities get the support they deserve.

Every cookie makes a difference.

Thanks to so many kind people who’ve supported this mission, Cookie for a Cause has already made a real impact.

Together we’ve:
• Raised over $15,000
• Helped more than 200 children get medical care, school supplies, and daily essentials
• Partnered with St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital® to support kids with cancer here in the Tri-State area

Every cookie you buy or donation you make helps bring hope, care, and opportunity to kids who need it most.
